1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, participation, and services offered by Arham Adventure Club (Private) Limited (“AAC”, “Company”, “we”, “our”).

By registering for any trip, event, or travel service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.1 Nature of Business

Arham Adventure Club operates as a travel agency and tour operator as defined in its Memorandum of Association.

We Provide:

  • Organized Group Tours.
  • Private Tours.
  • Adventure Expeditions.
  • Transportation and Accommodation arrangements.
  • Guided Travel services within Pakistan.


Arham Adventure Club does not operate any banking, MLM, investment, forex, or financial schemes in compliance with its registered business scope.

1.2 Booking Confirmation

  • Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before departure.

  • Company reserves the right to refuse participation without full payment.

1.3 Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Maintain respectful behavior.

  • Avoid violent, abusive, or disruptive actions.

  • Strictly avoid drug use, possession, or distribution.

  • Respect local communities and environmental guidelines.

  • Follow instructions of trip leaders and guides.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.

1.4 Environmental Responsibility

Participants must not:

  • Litter.

  • Damage natural surroundings.

  • Pollute water sources.


AAC promotes responsible tourism across all destinations.

1.5 Itinerary Flexibility

Itineraries may change due to:

  • Weather conditions.

  • Road closures.

  • Landslides.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Safety concerns.

  • Natural disasters.

In such cases, AAC will implement the safest practical alternative. No liability shall arise from changes beyond company control.

1.6 Risk & Liability Disclaimer

Adventure travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Mountain terrain hazards.

  • Landslides.

  • Road conditions.

  • Weather variations.

  • Natural events.

AAC, its directors, organizers, and guides shall not be held liable for:

  • Injury

  • Accidents

  • Natural disasters

  • Theft or personal loss

  • Third-party service failures.

Participants join at their own risk.

1.7 Photography & Media

AAC reserves the right to use photos and videos captured during tours for marketing and promotional purposes unless explicitly declined in writing.

1.8 Transport & Seating

  • Seats in coasters/vehicles are assigned by management.

  • AC operation may be controlled in mountainous regions to prevent overheating.

1.9 Fuel Price & Force Majeure

If diesel fuel prices increase significantly, an operational surcharge may apply.

In case of extended stays due to landslides or road blockages, additional accommodation/transport costs may be charged on-site.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 24 hours or less before departure: 100% charge.

  • 48 hours before departure: 100% charge.

  • 3 days before departure: 50% charge.

  • 7 days before departure: 30% charge.

No cancellation will be accepted after trip departure.

Cancellation must be communicated in writing via official WhatsApp or email.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable under cancellation policy) will:

  • Be processed within 6 working days.

  • Be returned via original payment method.

  • Deduct applicable cancellation charges.


Refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Participant misconduct.

  • Voluntary trip abandonment.

  • Removal due to indiscipline.

  • No-show on departure.

If AAC cancels the trip due to operational reasons, full refund will be issued.

4. Child Policy

AAC applies the following child pricing structure:

  • Age 0–5 years: Free (without seat & bed)

  • Age 5–10 years: 50% charges (folding seat)

  • Age 10 and above: Full payment (seat + mattress)

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for minors during the trip.

AAC does not provide babysitting or special supervision services.

5. Privacy Policy

AAC collects limited personal information during booking including:

  • Name

  • CNIC

  • Phone number

  • Emergency contact

  • Payment information


This information is used solely for:

  • Trip coordination

  • Hotel reservations

  • Transportation manifests

  • Legal compliance

AAC does not sell, trade, or distribute customer data.


Information may be shared with:

  • Hotels

  • Transport providers

  • Government authorities (if legally required)

Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

6. Company Identity & Legal Status

Arham Adventure Club (Private) Limited is:

  • Incorporated under Companies Act, 2017.

  • Limited by Shares.

  • Registered in Punjab, Pakistan.

The company operates independently and is not affiliated with any university, institute, or government body.
